k this is suppose to be th eproject plan
high level requirements
1) user hits url of personal page and gets to it after authentication(check if u could get the username of the logon session. it could be a n appropriate way of authentication)
2) the web page is split into 2 frames(check which is eassier frames or tables)
3) the left frame(the smaller one width wise must allow the user to subscribe to new atom feeds or unsubscribe from existing feeds
4) the right frame must show the user the contents of the current selected feed
5) the user must have the option of customizing what elements of the feed he wants to view on the left frame
6) study the required mechanism for refreshing though ttl and cloud parametres so as to fix a proper refreshing rate. there is also the thing if the user is not seeing then it doesnto need to be refreshed. if it is implemented then it raaises the complimentary reqirement of allowing only one feed to be active at a time.
